CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Fincrux Technologies LLP, having its office at 903, Atrium 2, Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400093 (“Finlatics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website www.finlatics.com (“Website”) through which it, inter alia, provides online information courses, workshops, classes and other educational projects and programs relating to the world of finance (“Project(s) and Program(s)”) to the users of the Website  (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”). Fincrux Technologies LLP holds the rights in all Finlatics projects.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Project(s) and Program(s)cancellation, and refund thereof. This Policy shall be read along with the Terms of Use www.Finlatics.com/Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy www.Finlatics.com/Privacy Policy and Payment Policy www.Finlatics.com/Payment Policy of the Website and Services.

1 APPLICABILITY OF THIS POLICY

    By agreeing to use the Website and/or initiating a request for Project(s) and Program(s)on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website.

  2. 1.2

    Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your refund or cancellation of the Project(s) and Program(s) on the Website. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

  3. 1.3

    If during our live session or during any interaction with the Project(s) and Program(s) manager or mentor, the User uses unacceptable language or behaves inappropriately, he or she would be permanently terminated from the Website and would not be issued any refund or allowed in any of our Project(s) and Program(s)in the future.

  4. 1.4

    The criteria to be eligible for cash incentives is at the discretion of Finlatics and is subject to change from time to time.

    TERMS FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND

    Cancellation of Project(s) and Program(s)

  7. 2.1.1

    You can cancel your application for the Project(s) and Program(s) if the request is made before the Registration Date (as defined Payment Policy). The request has to be made at care@finlatics.com with your email ID and Phone number used during the application.

  8. 2.1.2

    There will be no cancellation after the Registration Date.

  9. 2.1.3

    In case of a medical emergency, including physical and mental health issues, after the Registration Date, or due to your non-availability for any reason, you cannot request for a cancellation. However, you may postpone the Project(s) and Program(s) for maximum one (1) year from the original start date of the Project(s) and Program(s). The request has to be made at care@finlatics.com with your email ID and Phone number used during registration . When you wish to resume your Project(s) and Program(s), you can write to us and we can start within a week.

  10. 2.2

    Refund

  11. 2.2.1

    The minimum compatibility for Finlatics’ Project(s) and Program(s)is Windows 7. If in any case, while accessing our Website, your device doesn't respond or becomes incompatible, Finlatics will not be liable for refund in any way.

  12. 2.2.2

    There will be no refund of the fee after the Registration Date.

  13. 2.2.3

    The Users are entitled to a refund, which is restricted to the amount paid on the Registration Date, only in case the Project(s) and Program(s) are cancelled by us after the Registration Date. We will inform the Users about such cancellation and refund on the email ID provided by the Users at the time of making the application.

  14. 2.2.4

    In case a cancellation and refund in terms of Clause 2.2.3. of this Policy, the refund is initiated within [15] days from the issue of the email by us. The refund takes about [5] days to reflect in the bank accounts.
