Fincrux Technologies LLP, having its registered office at 903, Atrium 2, Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400093 (“Finlatics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website www.finlatics.com (“Website”) through which it, inter alia, provides online information courses, workshops, classes and other educational projects and programs (“Project(s) and Program(s)”) to the users of the Website  (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”). Fincrux Technologies LLP holds the rights in all Finlatics Project(s) and Program(s).

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) sets out our procedures and policies in applying and paying for the Project(s) and Program(s).     APPLICABILITY OF THIS POLICY

    By using the Website and/or initiating a request for Project(s) and Program(s) on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website.

    Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your application and payment of the Project(s) and Program(s) on the Website. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

    While applying for the Project(s) and Program(s), it is understood that you have inducted/enrolled into the Project(s) and Program(s) after understanding all the aspects and the nuances of the Project(s) and Program(s) and you are deemed to be physically and mentally fit to undertake the Project(s) and Program(s).

    TERMS FOR PAYMENT

    There is no fee payable at the time of making an application for a particular Project or Program. Pursuant to submitting the said application, full payment is required to be made for the successful enrolment into the Project(s) and Program(s) ("Registration Date”).

  7. 2.2

    It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into Project(s) and Program(s) to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Project(s) and Program(s) elected. The enrolment into the Project(s) and Program(s) is non-transferable except as provided in Clause 3.1.

  8. 2.3

    To make payment for the Project(s) and Program(s)or to purchase any services offered by us through the Website, you must have internet access and a current valid accepted payment method. We do not store any of your credit card information or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and have partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to abide by the terms of such a payment provider. You agree that in case our third-party payment provider stores any such information, we will not be responsible for such storage, and it will be solely at your discretion to allow the third party to store such information. Any loss of such information or any loss incurred by you due to the usage of such information will be solely a loss incurred by you, and we are in no way liable for any such losses and are not responsible to reimburse / make good such losses in any manner whatsoever. You also agree to pay any applicable fees for the payments made through the Website or any platform originating from the Website or any platform redirected from the Website.

    We or our representatives will not ask for OTP or other authentication related information for any purpose, and we urge you to be cautious while making payments and during financial transactions. ​

    Failure to pay the applicable Project(s) and Program(s) fee may result in withdrawal of your access to Project(s) and Program(s). Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. We do not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide to us at the time of enrolment/purchase in terms of the laws in India. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

    CHANGE IN PROJECT(S) AND PROGRAM(S)

  12. 3.1

    All details about the Project(s) and Program(s) including the module content and language are intimated to you prior to accepting payment. You are required to carefully review the same prior to enrolling or making any payments to us. The medium and language of communication on our Website are at our discretion. The primary language of communication on our Website, for our Project(s) and Program(s) and during the live sessions would be in English, unless mentioned otherwise. The mode of communication for mentoring can be online audio-video conferencing, telephonic calls, WhatsApp messenger, Telegram Messenger, Email, SMS, and/or any other mode of communication developed in the future. After the Registration Date, but before the launch of the Project(s) and Program(s), the user may avail such option to transfer from the opted Project(s) and Program(s) to any other Project(s) and Program(s) offered by Finlatics. ​
