Meet Captain Of The Ship

Why we built it?

The core idea was to counter the chicken and egg situation. To get a job, you need experience, which you get in a job. So we thought, why not simulate gaining experience in a way that you can learn and gain relevant experience to help you get a job? This got us to Finlatics.

Origin of the idea

I loved playing PlayStation and experiencing the FIFA Manager Mode, which simulated the life of a manager for you. So, while playing once, I thought, why not build something related to experience gaining that helps one learn and gain experience? This got me to Finlatics.

How did we build it?

Funnily enough, I disguised myself as an interview candidate and appeared for various companies. At the end of the interview, I gave them HRs my card and told them that I was not there to get hired but to interview them.

Most HRs were fun enough to help us and gave us interesting insights on how they hired and what they looked for in a candidate. Using these insights, we crafted the Finlatics programs. In a way, our programs are incepted by HRs to help you.

Our captain and crew are not just skilled navigators but also a vibrant bunch! Nisant, our captain, is a master of both stormy seas and meticulous details. His eagle eye ensures our work is always top-notch, while his energetic personality keeps us on our toes.

When the workday ends, Chinmay , our resident party starter, takes the reins. With a knack for turning any gathering into a memorable event, he also has a surprising depth of knowledge on geopolitical issues.

Arvind, our resident pastry connoisseur, balances the team with his sweet tooth and friendly demeanour.

Sushant, with his passion for Indian history and economics, adds a thoughtful dimension to our discussions, making work not only productive but also stimulating
